The project offered by this Madrid artist places silicon casts at various points of the Biennale route. The project proposes making silicon casts of some of the landmark buildings, paving and flooring located along the route of the Biennale. In this way, starting with an initial location, we obtain a subsequent “dis-location”, an exact reverse reproduction, an absence of reality. A colourless and inverted cast which, in the form of narcissist reflection, will give us back a different and inaccessible reality. A cast to which the traces and memories of the place and its history remain adhered.
